SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide, using the shipping method selected at checkout. You may request an address change on the day of purchase, but changes cannot be made after that, and any errors will be your responsibility.

Orders are generally shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are approximately 5–12 business days. Shipping is free for orders over $70; otherwise, a flat rate of $5.90 applies.

Please note that during holidays or peak periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day), delivery times may be extended due to high demand. Extended delivery times do not constitute grounds for a refund, regardless of personal reasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather, or issues with the delivery service.

Items Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received
If an item is marked as "delivered" but not received, we will investigate with the delivery service. cbsoaps is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. Refunds cannot be provided in these cases.

Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, please notify us at checkout. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.

We recommend using your home address and ensuring the name matches the mailbox. Deliveries to lockers, boxes, stores, shopping centers, or restaurants may fail. Choosing such locations is at your own risk.

You may contact us to correct your delivery address if your order is still within the 24–48 hour processing window.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. A tracking number is provided for every order. Delivery times count business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.
